help..........

I just got home and found my bed missing

as well as CHf 50.-- gone from the top of my dresser.

Does anyone have any leads, or maybe you could tell me where to go?

Re: missing bed...

Sorry to hear that!

But as always prevention could have been best:

You should have bought that bed lock:
http://www.parkeryamaha.com/masterlo...ed-u-lock.aspx

In general avoid leaving your bed in dodgey places, avoid basic locks, etc...

Re: missing bed...

Before you all get up in my face and start calling me a thief, let me explain.

I was down in the laundry room last Saturday washing my bed linen. This young chap walked past dragging a king size bed behind him. He saw that I had an obvious interest in beds as I was cleaning my bedding. He explained that the bed was a bit old but generally in very good nick. He offered to sell it to me for 10CHF. I googled it on my phone and saw it went for more than that in IKEA and that the people of EF needed the opportunity for a good nights rest.

I gave him his 10CHF and he made his merry way off down the corridor.

Grynch, I'm happy to meet up with you and see if you can positively ID the bed...

If most of the space of your "home" is taken up by a car, then I suggest you check your GPS. You've clearly wandered into someone's garage.

Re: missing bed...

How naive you are to buy a bed from someone without id!
It's immediately suspicious someone selling a second hand bed without ID and proof of purchase.

Also you are such a terrible seller because your profit is -10chf.

Please don't work in the UBS bank!

Re: missing bed...

Exactly how many notches did you add?

This has a considerable impact on its resale value and of course I hope a manual comes with it?

What? You expected me to buy something without test driving it first? Did I mention the chap selling it was quite fit?

Odd thing is that there are plenty of beds for rent down in the basement.

A manual for the bed no but for what you do in it may I suggest a copy of the karmasutra?
