I was just thinking why some people become so special to us when they can not be with us for life time and we keep on missing them and loving them.. |

What would disintegrate first when dipped in a pint pot of tea; a chocolate hobnob or a chocolate digestive?

I am wondering what ever happened to diaries. Do preteen girls still keep them or has it all gone electronic these days?
(I remember desperately wanting the one with the mini-padlock and the bonus sheet of horse stickers. Cue first lesson in steganography from Dad. "Look, if you put a padlock on it, your brother's GOING to notice and he's GOING to investigate and I can't guard your stuff 24/7. Write it in a plain old notebook and label it 'Math Homework' or 'Vegetarian Recipes' or something.")

-Nothin' | | | | | And it's true. We can just sit there with empty heads, gazing into thin air.
You should try it sometime. It's relaxing.

| | | | | Can help you with that one. Our 12 year old still writes her diary every night before bed, in a notebook as you say. And yes it has to be well hidden so 'the brothers' don't go anywhere near it.
Made me think whatever happened to my old diaries, would be an interesting read now. May even start writing again, will amuse the grandchildren in years to come |

I was just thinking why some people become so special to us when they can not be with us for life time and we keep on missing them and loving them.. | | | | | Are we meant to ruminate, consider and respond to this guff thought or just toss some other guff thoughts as they occur into the mix?
