Up the wooden hills to Bedfordshire?

Following on from grynch's Alarm clock thread, what time do you guys normally hit the sack?

I'm rarely in bed before midnight, 1.00 - 1.30 is pretty much normal for me.

10:00pm-ish ... pick up a book, or now the Kindle read for a bit... turn out the lights give mrs. G a little nudge , and she says go to sleep, wait for saturday morning.

Re: Up the wooden hills to Bedfordshire?

Sunday to Thursday - anywhere between 11.30 and 12.30 - to be up for 06.30 - although these days I seem to wake up at 05.00 automatically for some reason and then struggle to get any more meaningful sleep, as my head fills up with all the crap I should be doing at the moment, and still haven't done (bloody forum).

Friday and Saturday - between 01.00 and 02.00 - but still wake up too bloody early.

[I never had sleep deprivation problems, in my bachelor days using sleep enhancing medication - oh, the burdens of responsibilities]
