after googling this query, I am trying to get your insight too...
Mainly I am looking for a studio anywhere along the coastline incl garden route - I prefer "sold by the owner" sites.
For the record, I tried the most evident ones: Remax, Pam Golding, etc.
Any suggestions are more than welcome!

Point taken. Here are some more details: I am looking for a second home - no intention to move there, but to spend a couple of weeks every now and then.
I am in no rush and therefore I am looking for a good deal rather than allocating a specific budget to this project.
