This sounds so familiar - it sounds just like me before I was diagnosed with Coeliacs Disease (an allergy to the Gluten in Wheat Flour, absolutely fine now and condition dealt with by removing wheat based products from my diet).

I would definitely recommend getting her checked out by the Doctor as an occasional bout of 'runny bottom' is not a problem but if it is continuous then she may not be absorbing all the nutrients she needs from her food as it will be passing too quickly through her system.
I am also Coeliac and was diagnosed as a young child (I was 5). I did have this symptom and it is definitely associated to Coeliac. However you are missing other symptoms:
1) Pain (in the tummy)
2) Height - you mentioned she is tall for her age - undiagnosed Coeliacs
are usually small and have a growth spurt post diagnosis
3) bloated tummy.

She would have all 3 but should definitely have number one - Pain. So Im inclined to think it is not Coeliac.

That said - Gluten is hard to absorb for sensitive tummies which your daughter defiinitely does have so its no harm cutting it out/down.
I second the recommendation to try and up her intake of bananas. I would also recommend you cut down on bread and up the potatoes.

So in short less:
1) Gluten (bread, pasta)
2) Foods in high acidity (apple juice being a good example)

and more:
1) potatoes, white rice
2) bananas
3) there is lot of gluten free foods on the market - GF pasta would be good temporrary replacement of real pasta until you establish what this is.

Very importantly, go see a Doctor.
