Pigeon Sniveling and other unusual pastimes

I just had to share this one, I have to negotiate my way through two whole months of school holidays here. To try to prevent the children from driving me insane I today started drawing up a list of possible activities and then got the children to make up picture cards for the various activities, the idea being that the cards go into a hat and then each day they can pull a card out so that we can decide what to do. The activities included visiting a castle, walking in the woods, a boat trip etc, you get the idea.
Anyway, my son had some trouble with my handwriting and somehow interpreted Picnic and Swimming as "Pigeon Sniveling".
I'm not quite sure what this entails but it certainly sounds unusual :-)

Any other pigeon snivvelers out there?

No pidgeon snivveler here..but on a different note, if your own son can't properly decipher your handwriting...who can?! Do you write in code (windings perhaps?)

My son is 7 and is learning to read - he is doing this in three languages at the moment and English is not his strongest language.
Mind you, when I write quickly it's almost as good as most doctors' handwriting
