Personal Trainer

Hi,

I am going to have a personal trainer (I feel so posh right now!) And I would like to have experience from others about it. Is there anything I should look for, checked, etc? I never had a trainer before and I don't want to lose my time, my energy and my money.

I will have her 3 times per week, one hour each time. We will workout at my place or in the park. We won't work with machines but with the body strengh and what we have around: mat, chair, stretch rubber, etc.

My trainer is very fit so I guess it is a good indication somehow. But if I could get infos from people who had the experience, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Nil
