Me: Guess what, in less than two weeks it will have been an entire year since I moved to Zurich. How quickly time flies.
Mrs Kash_Z: Oh, I thought you were going to say it's been nine years since we got married.
Me: <pause> errm... nope ... that's (quick check of calendar).....errmm... tomorrow

Me: errrmmm. yeah.... Ooops

Don't panic, there's still time to buy flowers and choccies first thing in the morning and, in the meantime, you can book a holiday and her favourite shoes, handbag and perfume online!
