Shopping advice for a Cape

i wish to buy me a cape for the next cold season.

Does someone know a shop or online store, where I can buy it and let the item deliver to a hotel in London?

You could try Asos (www.asos.com). Since they deliver to work addresses, they might agree to deliver it to a hotel.
Otherwise, delivery to Switzerland is free and they don't charge VAT.
