No, that's not me. I gained in the last few months one or two extra pounds and find it so difficult to find something that really fits. Those pictures look really WOW and motivates me to invest a little bit more time in finding the right pieces. Finally a magazine can show some curves, instead of the skinny models.

Yup, very nice indeed. Curvy women usually have cleavage, so a plunging V neck can look awesome.
Even after all the weight loss, I still aim for that style.
I'll pick the shape first, then pay attention to color.

The green dress... *droool* Although I'd like it with 3/4 length sleeves, much more flattering.

You will have to shop in the UK/US though, here, they don't believe in sexy curves, only big tents with weird patterns. There are now shops for the top heavy curvy woman (Pepperberry, Bravissimo, there might be others) now if only they'd make stuff for the bottom heavy curvy lady too... ;) But it's a start!

And of course remember that it is vital to have good underwear - that can make or break an outfit.
The green dress has a bra that has supported the breasts - if the bra was unsupported the image would have been a lot different.
So many ladies have a "tyre" under their breasts - a good bra will lift and the "tyre" disappears...

Under that dress, I would recommend one of those 50ies style slips, they are actually quite comfy if you can find one...

..... and remember girls, from a male perspective, it's what we can almost see - just a hint at something naughty - that does it - and not being too obvious and revealing, up-front (literally or not).

Yes, the lady in those photos looks attractive. However, I do not think that she is any more or less of a real woman than I am, being two to three stone lighter, with curves.

I do find it incredibly refreshing in these rare occurrences when the media breaks free from the "typical" (and what I feel unrealistic) portrayal of what female beauty is or should be. I guess I just find it a bit irrational for anyone to expect a woman to always keep the figure she had when she was 18. My happiness level increased dramatically once I accepted who I am and what I look like, rather than catering to social pressure to be thin. I guess I just have better things to do with my life than try to fight the inevitable -- age and gravity. ;)

I believe that all women are real women, even those who don't have body appearances that appeal to everyone, regardless of size or shape.

But I can absolutely see the backlash against the waif-thin "walking coathanger" look that has been popularized over the past few decades.

But yes, it is nice to see curvy women being shown as fashionable and stylish, instead of frumpy and dowdy and an embarrassment.

The pics are nice but look just as processed and retouched as the ones from skinnier models. Which makes these pics just as 'unreal' as those found in many fashion mags imo.

I would agree with that and, at the risk of getting groaned, I would think that she would be deemed to be medically overweight (if not obese), in terms of her weight to height (and frame) ratio.

I find her attractive...sorta like a modern day, skinnier version of Venus of Willendorf. :)
