I was thinking, how there are many people inquiring about getting in shape and don't necessarily have the motivation/means to do so. I therefore propose, doing one push-up and one situp per post made. You can do it right after you've posted it or do it in sets of 5. For beginners, I suggest you start with doing a single pushup/situp right after you've made you're post, like that you're muscles will recover by the time you've made your next post.
