This is why it's important to only have bad habits in moderation. http://abcnews.go.com/Health/extreme...ry?id=14212015
The family of a 20-year-old British man who died as a result of a blood clot that formed after playing video games for up to 12 hours a day is speaking out about the health risks obsessive gaming can pose.

That was my thought too. Also, he was 20. He should have been encouraged at an earlier age to go outside and exercise. Sadly though, this is the result. He sat on his butt and didn't move.
Hopefully, this tragic example will be enough shock for sedentary people that they need to be more active.

Probably not. He is not the first one and he wont be the last. There was the same story a couple of years ago in China i think

Why would gaming/watching TV be any different?

(not that I know the trick, of course...)

I don't own a wii... *whistles inconspicuously out of the room* You basically have to have a good wrist musculature, which is usually true for gamers... *goes get her coat* |
