One thing that strikes me about EF is Mark identified a gap in Switzerland and helped people that were stuggling to integrate.

They were overloaded with information/problems and made he gave the mechansism to make it very easy for people to get over the "shock" of crossing the border. For that I'm truely greatful. It's a truely unique site.
I suppose theres many stages to this and as EF has grown there more and more information on the later stages of truely settling into Swiss life. Showing EF has grown up as it has expanded.
I'm somewhere between and theres a long way to go, but without the events, the advice and the laughs I wouldn't be able to write this from where I am now.
I've gotten over the hurdles of the beginning to a much brighter future.
