India's GDP has been around 8% over the years.. Did you ever think of investing in india's booming real estate industry? If not, Give it a thought!!!

I know quite a few indians who have brought property there (or had houses built), and all have a horror story about it, so if they have all been conned then what hope do the rest of us have???

never invest in real estate from afar... bad idea. verrry bad idea...

besides, they don't really have REIT like structures in India. Most of the listed real estate developers (DLF, Unitech) are trading at fraction of their highs a few years ago..
