The word that comes to my mind is lackadaisical .... and lethargic.

Does that qualify through the not used for a while route, or the rediscovery channel?

Anyway, there is no plural. That simply wouldn't be cricket.

In this heat, I understand. Apathetic also springs to mind. I wonder if there is a word for somebody pretending apathy or lethargy, but not being that way.

There are so many out there these warm evenings..in plural, defo. Performing their cricket symphonies.

Paprika, also. As, in food. Really good food. I need to cook more with paprika. In fact, spice and herbs are one of my favorite words, in general. I have been in love with calamint.

Very horrible two word phrase. Hope nobody had to say these words too much this summer.

My word for today (hoping it's not been posted already as I haven't read the whole thread it being too long, sorry) is *procrastination* (Why do it today when you can do it tomorrow...or never)

Procrastination sucks. Apparently, though, some intelligent people need the stress of it in order to produce higher quality work. Still drives them insane.
