My today's term will be...uhmm...Fuzzy. As unclear, opaque and partially unidentified. It's a very powerful word despite the connotations.
I studied comm theories a while ago, prairie dogs, bees, ants..Wish people were more efficient in their efforts. It's interesting.

Please Please.. I'd like to remain in a quiet corner and happily collect dust in the company of many books and tales. It's lovely there. Please let me find a way. |

It is an extremely efficient coping mechanism, which works really well, if it is not used to block stuff out instead of dealing with and sort out. Defense.
I don't like it either. But it does work for some people, especially for those under extreme pressure, professionally (since one will always be in a conflict, personal vs professional, moral vs immoral, etc). I think it depends how much inner conflict one can stomach or believe in relabelling. Maybe it is smarter than we can see, we have the luxury to not have to use this strategy. If we had to, we probably would. Conditioning.

Joyful insanity You have to be nuts to willingly take vacation from your day job to lock yourself up on sunny days and look forward to mid-term papers with happy anticipation. |
