One of my ancestral phrases (coming down the male line) for somebody who was extremely unattractive is, "As ugly as a hatful of a...holes." (We're not talking donkeys here, this is Australian English thank you very much!).
Also, if somebody constantly comments on smelling something foul, then they have "duck's disease" - to the children, I say it means their noses are too close to their feet, but in reality it's something a little further from the ground ...

There's a street in Swansea called 'Salubrious Passage'. It's literally a tiny little alleyway but it's a great name.

Titivating....a word that my mum often used when my sister and I were getting ready for a big night out. "Stop your titivating in front of that mirror or you'll see the devil"!

According to my reading of the urban dictionary, a dingleberry is gross, gross, gross. Especially this quote to illustrate the meaning "My wife tells me that I need to wipe my ass better because my dingleberries are making my underware (sic) a nasty mess, however I like the idea of her down in the basement doing laundry and cleaning up my foul nasty underware. (sic)"

A dag on the otherhand, just refers to sheep sh*t and probably wouldn't make me retch in quite the same way.
