Sensory overprocessing.
Is that a discovery, or a diagnosis?

Oh, that exists big time. Not sure if it is a gift or a pita. But most people with SPD know they have it, their sensors will...uhmm...overtell them. You can also get there by working your perception skills, filtering out what is actually an effect of the intellect, what part of it is an experience, expectation and perception, what your brain does with sensory input, how your reading changes after...observing how your adjustment skills and intuition grow.

Fun.

But not always practical, tbh. Can distract and pollute. Filters are essential and preservational.

Epicaricacy

Always heard people say that schadenfreude is used since there is no equivalent word in English... The other day came across this beautiful word which is the English equivalent.
