Doughnuts.

Raspberry and Apple, to be precise. This may be a FWP crossover.

"Should I stay or should I go?" LOL. Good one.

Well, mind forced body to exercise, so the back became able and willing to carry body well enough to go (out). Then the storm and the rain started, mind lost interest in going out. So they both retreated to bed with laptop to watch a movie.
Perfect compromise? Only if tomorrow they remember they're each half of the same entity

Sounds like a very nice compromise. I am working and will be till two am. No compromise, but will keep playing Clash, I think.

Congrats on having your body and mind cooperate! That is an achievement.

Achievement. a very good word.

How is "Curley's Mind-Body Continuum and the Clash"?

I was reminded this morning when I went running while listening to this:

Well, after the clash their awarness of eachother set back in
So my body put the back ache on a level that let me do all the things I had to get done today, while the mind acknowledged the advice within the restriction that it is high time to deal with a few things I seriously need to think about and settle for myself - which I "successfully" avoided the past weeks by being overly active and busy.

Got it? Makes perfect sense to me .... yet maybe only to me.

I got a very smart body. It's not the first time it does this. But it's the first time I listen to it early enough. So I would not be surprised if my back ache were completely gone on Monday.

So to serve the thread title, the word of today should probably be:
Alertness.

It is a French verb, means to whistle.

My days are too long and my nights are too short.

Reactance.

LOL, yes of course. What is wrong with me, I have to tell my brain to go back to normal and shake off that English Kalnienk vision.

So I go for recovery.

Be nice to your brain, one should be. Our brains are smarter than we are.
