Effervescing leads me directly to effervescent then on over the cliff with Schweppervescent ... lots of old ad campaigns rattling around in my brain, and the smallest things can bring them back to the surface!

Ok, so today, we have a dissident. | | | | | I was declared a dissident on my religious status by the gemeinde as I said I didn't have a religion. Quite liked the label. |

whoa nelly | | | | | Barefoot works anywhere! Only reason I don't go into the local Migros barefoot is that I've already been told off by staff there that it is "absolut verbot barfuss zu sein!", allegedly because of the possibility of broken glass (in the drinks aisle) ... I reckon it's just because they can't determine my social position without reference to my shoes!
Also, going barefoot can make you richer - I've found heaps of money while walking barefoot, since I (strangely ...) pay far more attention to what's on the ground or floor and find stray money drifting about every now and then ...

That's how it works here!

That's how it works here! | | | | | I just hang around for a while, see if anyone's searching the ground for a loose note or two ... sadly, have never found more than $20. Still, one time when I found $20 was at a concert, when I didn't have enough to buy two t-shirts!
Actually, I tell a lie ... with the wife & kids, found 50 CHF ... waited, saw another kid from school frantically searching, asked her what she'd lost, she said 50 francs! Her eyes lit up when the note was handed over ... | Quote: | | | | | Today's special word would be...uhmmm....separated muscle
Auch. | | | | | Sounds excruciatingly special ... hope the muscle's not separated for long!

The muscle is back 99% times, thanks, but it flips sometimes. It does not flip if I remind myself good posture, ick.

neko-neko office remark was entertaining..
Today, it is Zambian, sekaseka means "to laugh without a reason".
Or a German Scheissenbedauern ? Not sure. The 2nd means "the disappointment one feels when when something turns out not nearly as badly as one had hoped."
I haven't felt the Scheissenbedauern yet, me thinks. Wirklich.
