I'm betting a franc that he will pay up within 14 days. I've had similar situations a couple of times on Ebay, where I sold several things at once and couldn't be bothered to trek to the post for each one as payments came in and just posted it all; I think people hustle to pay when they are anxious to get something sent, and if the item appears before payment the motivation is gone, so time flutters by- but they aren't thieves, just lazy. In my case(s) they always paid in the end.

It is almost 14 days but there is still no sight of money. He has no record (first purchase) with Ricardo and nobody picked up his phone... It is unbelievable that people will resort to cheating for 40 CHF. No offence for foreigner but you tevatas Weerasingam really shames us (I decided to put his name here, if anyone feels not appropriate I kindly ask Mod to remove it)

And I just felt helpless that the money is so little (heard must be at least 100 CHF) that I can't do a betreibung on him. I want my justice!! Anyone can help?

Have you contacted ricardo with this? I think they should be able to help you out, write them an email in English and explain the situation.

Yes I did. The thing is they cannot do anything as "I was the one who did a contract with the buyer and Ricardo cannot take any legal action for me...". And they could only compensate me if I have a proof of delivery i.e registered post which I did not have. I found it a security loophole that anyone can bid without identification. But of course I myself was to blame for trusting the buyer although he does not have any past reference...
