Planning to make dolma?
One of the things I sometimes really miss here. My sister in law makes fantastic ones but they make all the stuff you get here so disappointing...

No Dolma I know are made with green pepper. I want to do sarma, I still have some leaves but I want to stuck some more. And the sucuk is because we have not much left and is it an important piece of our weekends breakfast.

Not easy to find non porc products here!
