The Canary Islands are legally recognized as a nationality of Spain. Geographically it is a part of the African Continent.

So, I would like to know if there is need to get a seperate Visa to visit Canary Islands or Schengen With non EU passport is sufficient enough?

You don't need a separate visa for the Canaries, they are part of Spain.

It is part of the Schengen zone
