I actually asked this question a while back too... The thread is here if you are interested.

As a general suggestion, let yourself yell and scream (or cry or whatever). Go somewhere remote and just yell. You might get "woah, crazy" looks if you happen to see another human, but that is half the fun here (sometimes).

I clean. It keeps me occupied and by the end all i want is a cup of tea and a good book.

When you see the state of my flat you will understand that i dont get pissed off too often :P
