Things we like to do when our significant other is not around?

Okay, so in the spirit of starting a little good old fashioned debate.
what are the things that you enjoy doing or not doing when your significant other is not around.

I was thinking about this cause my bf is away this last month and while i do miss him I've been enjoying starfishing in the bed and not having to shave my legs every day.

anyone else got some?

Watching TV without somebody else taking the remote control just out of the blue to change the channel, surfing the internet for hours, sleeping on the couch, taking bubble baths and pamper myself - that's what I really like when I'm alone, but on the other hand you are ....er....alone.

Now this is going to get interesting...

Personally, since Mrs G. works nights occasionally, I can watch crappy horror/sci-fi/fantasy films on the TV without being moaned at, play inordinate amounts of PS3 or PC games, and get through rather more toilet tissue than normal

UFC, something greasy and unhealthy to eat, something "Scotch"-y to drink, and that's about it... I'm boring, I know...

I'm guessing Kraft Dinner, but I'm already in trouble over star-fishing.

Re: Things we like to do when our significant other is not around?

I do pretty much I want whether he is there or not. True, we consult with each other before chaning the channels, but as the satellite dish blew off the roof in December, this is lately not an issue either. I have to make my own coffee in the morning and take dogs for the evening walk instead of having my bath though, so I much prefer having him around.

ha ha, starfishing in bed, I love the definition - my favourite hobby, too! it gives such a sense of utter freedom...
even better: starfishing in bed with a good book knowing that NOBODY WILL BE WANTING ANYTHING FROM YOU for the next couple of hours
