| | What animal could you beat in a fight??
(In honour of CarolW's recent post, I would love to know people's answer to this.)
I am guessing I could take out most animals that have flippers instead of limbs, as long as the fight was staged on land. Like a seal, you could easily just drop-kick it, and it would be screwed. Obviously a sealion would be a wicked fight, but there would be a strict "no biting" rule, so I would opt for the tactic of standing on its rear-flipper (thats the scientific term for it) and just boxing until it gives up the spirit.
Most birds, as long as the were banned from using their ability to fly/their claws/their beaks.
Cats/Big Cats are nasty... they are all fast and furious. Thats not gonna happen. But .. take away their limbs and enforce a no-biting rule and see how big and strong they are then.
An elephant you'd have to outwit, like wait in a tree and try and gouge its eyes out in a suprise attack.

Well at certain times during the month I'm sure I could knock several shades of **** out of a lion if provoked.

You couldn't thought, could you.
Unless the no-biting rule was enforced and the lion's limbs removed. Then it would just be a matter of hitting it until it gave up the will. But that could potentially turn into a full afternoon of boxing.

No fictional animals allowed. Although a drop bear fight would be wicked.
An unsuspected attack from above, and you'd be in the thick of it.
Better still, you drop from above onto the unsuspecting drop bear.

Seems a bit unfair to remove the animals basic form of defence.
Bit like saying I could easily charge a machine gunner and win if he wasn't allowed to pull the trigger.
And I'm calling you out on the sealion...my money's on the fishy breathed one.

So basically Hugh your saying take the limbs of any animal, no biting and you could take it.
So its just a body with no ability to do any damage!

I nominate Natasha as our secret weapon. She could remove the will to live from most species by invoking DBC.

LOL Hugh - I'm guessing that line would work on you then ;-)
Some days I don't even know if I could take on a bunny rabbit. Those things can kick hard! |

I think animals seek to gain advantage by using their vicious forms of attack, so I just sought to limit these powers. At the end of the day, I make the rules and limb severing is totally acceptable. Once removed if the animals are unhappy with the rules they can raise their paws.

Have you ever seen a programme on the reality channel, called "When Animals Attack!!" Its funny for all the wrong reasons.

Well, I like to size up whatever advantage my opponent has first and then make the rules. So if you are clearly harder than me, I would probably insist on no-biting and limb removal.

So its just a body with no ability to do any damage! | | | | | Hence why these fights could sometimes just drag on for hours, with me pounding fairly robust animals. Admittedly I would have the advantage of landing a shot, but by rolling around they could ensure that the shots weren't always clean.

Okay, a Rottweiler - find its food, stuff a sh*tload of asprins in it, and wait for it to eat. Then wait a bit longer for a dog's stomach's inability to handle the medication play havoc on its digestive system.
Then beat the crap out of it.

Well I could clearly just vocalise my desire to have the rules amended, whereas the animals never seem to use that right of vito.
