A Greek Tragedy

Two men were arrested in Greece while trying to sell an ancient Greek statue for half a million euros, and charged with selling antiquities without a license.

After careful inspection the statue has been declared a fake, and is a modern moulded copy. Now they cannot be prosecuted for selling an antiquity, but maybe they will now be charged with forgery and fraud?
