Spain Strike, Swiss Airways cancelled my flights - No refunds

Swiss Airways cancelled my flight to Madrid due to the Spain Strike past March 29th, I lost all my connections

they say is not their fault and no refunds for any trouble it causes me

I used to be a fan of swiss Airways, not anymore

they can burn in Hell with Satan, never gonna use em again, I can live with no chocolate over their stupid flights

This happens with all fixed tickets. You need to buy the more expensive flexible tickets, it does explain this on the Swiss website page when you buy the ticket. If you had the flexible option you could reschedule your flight to a later date with no extra charge. Sorry for your loss, I do the same, but you have to take the loss when it happens.

It's always like that, unless it's the same company for the entire trip...

What you failed to mentioned is you probably want the refund for the 2nd part of your trip, not with SwissAirways.

What about the "refund" of the cancelled trip with Swiss airways?

Yes, this is standard procedure and it s%cks.

Keep on complaining. Sonme airlines have a policy that they only do something once you have filed three complaints.

I suggest you get yourself Belgium chocolate, German beer and pay only in euros for the whole week and then just get back to normal life. But keep complaining, sometimes, the companies only want to discourage people from demanding compensation. Psychological war. Keep trying, one never knows.

You are so lucky if it never happened to you ever before. All in all, it only cost you one hotel night. Now go to Leonidas.
