Is it just me or could you sustain life on those little apero snack things?

When we first moved here, I lost about 7kgs simply from walking into town every day, now we have got a car I think I've put it all back on. Added to the car I've discovered those tasty, naughty, tempting little apero snack things. Stuff like mini pizza tarts, cheesey straws, cheesy flans, frickandellan all are bite sized and gorgeous. I am not fussed by chocolate but these savoury things are going to be the death of me if I am not careful. It is like being a secret drug addict, I go to the shop to get our dinner for the next couple of days and end up with a few of these things. When I get home I cook them and hide the box so that my husband doesn't see. Not sure why I do that, obviosly feel that he should share in my bounty (he can't though, they're mine, all mine)
Do I need help?

Why don't you be open and honest with your hubby. He may be a secret feeder.

He is certainly not one of those, where do you get stuff like that from?. It reminds me of a tribe I saw in Africa on national Geographic where the young girls who are betrothed stay in a hut and drink gallons of (I think) camels milk. High in calories for the fuller figure. The plumper (or obeser) a woman is, the greater her bride price. My obesity is purely down to beer and snacks.

I'm not a feeder... just an ex pastry chef who likes a a bit of meat on the bone. There's just more woman.
