Re: Dinosaurs- I've found them, and you can have them too! For "Free"

OK, I gave in and have entered the madness, but I have only shopped at Migros 2 x and will not go crazy trying to get these dinos!

That being said, this past weekend we got a bunch of repeats. Anyone want to swap?

I have the following available: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 16

We need: 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 43, & 44

Oh, and it looks like tomorrow is a special dino, but we won't be getting that as I have done my shopping for the week

Also, does anyone know how long this goes on for, all I found online referred to the swap days and it looks like those are through the 20th of Oct? We are going away for part of fall break so we will miss a big chunk of the rest of it, most likely...

I'll probably have some for you. OH brought a stack of them home from the office yesterday from his colleagues so I'll go through them later to see what there is.
Our son isn't very interested in the models but is trying to complete the sticker book.

Having gone through the fifty odd packets OH brought home this weekend I have quite a lot of spares.

We would like 2,3 and 16 from you if possible.

We can give you all the ones highlighted in red above plus the second joker if you still need it.

At the moment we still need 1, 2, 3, 15, 16, 23, 27, 38

We have the following in double

5, 8(x2), 9, 10(x2), 11, 12, 19(x2), 20, 22, 24, 28, 29, 30(x2), 31, 32(x2), 33, 35, 36(x2), 40(x2), 41(X3), 42(X2), & 43(X2)

Wow I didn't realise they had kits for boyfiend's too. I hope yours is not missing any essential bits.
I'm off to Migros right now to see if I can get myself a hunky toyboy.

Joking aside I have a spare 19 if you want it.

That would be amazing! Thank you so much. I will private message you, so we can figure out the easiest way for me to get it.

I have to show admiration, each time he constructs one (though, of course, I am not allowed to touch them)

I also have never seen them myself in the supermarket, but I think you have to spend 20 CHF to be entitled to 1 of the packs. I guess you can ask next time you go in to Migros.

That's what I don't like about Migros. They see that I am shopping together with the child, but in 50% of cases they don't give dinos until I ask about them. And I am so busy with paying, packing and watching my little one at the same time so that I do not always remember about them before I leave Migros. I don't remember any time in Coop when I am not asked whether I collect the stamps.

A silly question: where do you throw the wooden remains from the dinos? Do you put them to the normal household garbage bag?

I wish I could use the 'kids' excuse to justify why I try to shop for exactly 20 francs at Migros, but I don't actually have any kids

Have to give it to Migros, the dinos are probably their best idea yet.

Re: Dinosaurs- I've found them, and you can have them too! For "Free"

How do I ask for the little wooden dinosaur packets at the register in German (Zürich)?

The Migros cashiers don't always volunteer them. Usually I point to the box containing the packets, but it would be much nicer if I could say something simple like "_________, bitte".

Also is it one packet per every CHF 20 or CHF 25? (for the regular ones, not the Wednesday special dinosaurs).

Thanks.

Guess you are all shopping at the wrong Migros - the ones I go to are constantly asking all customers if they want them!

I have tons and tons of repeats.

Our collection is complete apart from the 1st joker we missed. I am happy to give any amount in return for this joker. I also have the 3rd joker as repeat (my kids opened him) but i have the dino and the sticker to trade.
