Moving to Jakarta, Indonesia

Hi everyone,
Have any of you lived as expat in Jakarta?
Recommended?
pros and Cons?
Besides the traffic, pollution, millions of people, and risks of strange diseases, earthquakes, tsunamis and terrorism,... Is there something great to compensate for this websites that have scared the sht out of me?
Thanks

If you are thinking of bring your CH car, it might be difficult.

Quote:
Indonesia, the world's fourth most populous country, drives on the left, despite being a former colony of the Netherlands, which drives on the right. This originated from British rule in the Dutch East Indies (as it then was) under Thomas Stamford Raffles between 1811 and 1816.

Even though the country is an archipelago, there are three land borders, with Malaysia, East Timor and Papua New Guinea. All of these countries also drive on the left
