Re: Microwaved Water and Plants

I totally believe Microwaves *kill* the life. (that's why I don't use it)

Water is very important to life, but it's quality and the information it has is even more important.

Have you heard about masaru emoto's works ? it's very interesting.

No I have not but will be looking it up now

Defeats the purpose you buy a healthy meal then nuke it.

Many years ago I use to attach magnet with positive images to my blender so I can relate to Masaru logic

*Reads*

*Re-reads"

*Rubs eyes*

*Thinks - Its way too early to even think about where to start responding to this stuff*

EDIT - Oh, I can't let it pass - This magical water life that microwaves kill and magnets on blenders help with, is the "life" somehow fed and helped by the human bladders most domestic water has passed through several times? And the naughty radiation - I assume that this stuff that kills the water is worse than the radiation that bombards the glaciers, clouds and lakes on a daily basis from the cosmos?

(Reminds me of the beatpoem Storm by Tim Minchin about critical thinking and homepathy - "How come water has a memory of a long lost drop of onion juice but forgets all the poo its had in it )

The guy sells 'symmetrically aligned' water !!! Please...

Also his double blind study showed nothing. I was also a fan after seeing him in 'What the Bleep'. Too inconclusive for me and if it were true then such information should be shared, not exploited which is what he is trying to do...

Re: Microwaved Water and Plants

Personally, I think the trouble with a lot of this stuff is that even if there *is* something behind it - and there could well be - I don't have the money, time or inclination to use an oven instead of the microwave. (In case anyone wants to challenge the veracity of that - on this forum *surely not* - microwave is cheaper, faster, more convenient and, where I live, you buy gas by the bottle so using the oven is much less convenient than the microwave.)

And as for water, if I want very hot water I use a kettle. I use the microwave for warming some stuff.

My point is that even if microwaves do have some effect like that, for my lifestyle they're still worth it, I can't get myself concerned over it.

Re: Microwaved Water and Plants

You would get the same effect on the plants if you used boiled water.

Is that too difficult to grasp, that rain water has not been recently boiled or microwaved, and when it travels through the soil it collects nutrients , which would be killed by boiling or microwaving? Many people come up with this rubbish, and it should be binned.

The sun is an enormous source of microwave energy which is always ignored by the truth-busters. Isn't it strange, that on the one hand they worship sunlight and on the other condem microwaves? No it isn't strange, it is simply ignorance and scare mongering.

I'm not refering to what the guy sell.

I made some experiences with water from tap, with water from tap but filtered, with that filtered water but vortexed or magnetised (with magnets or with my own energy and thoughts) and yes, I saw a real difference on plants.

We don't know everything yet....

I won't write more about it.

You don't believe it ? try !!!
