Why change the scammers email address to xxxx, surely it would be just deserts to publish it so that much more spam ends up going to an address that is causing spam in the first place... Somehow Karmic!
It would be very tempting to e-mail him but it would mean your e-mail address would be added to a list - you would then get loads of these. If you want it though, please PM me.

EDIT: reading your msg again I get your point now.... I might have some fun with him first though

I don't personally want to... but any sites that are trolling the internet looking for unsuspecting email addresses to spam,... or scambaiters may like to use his email address... No need to protect a scammer!

General rule, nobody is going to give anybody large sums of money for free over the internet.

I've only recieved two kinds of Switzerland related spam so far. First several from a company that tried to sell me old Swissair junk and second a wave of party related spam. I even have a suspicion to whom I owe these and would like to meet him for some boot/backside interaction.
I got some of those. Swissair cutlery if I remember correctly, with something dodgy like "knives only used once, forks never used".

Re: Receiving dodgy emails and pms

How do you recommend I deal with unwanted pms? I've just received a 419 as a pm from a registered newbie. Do you want me to give his name, or shall I just delete and ignore?

report them in, then they can be dealt with, as this is a breach of etiquette.

It wasn't him, twas another chap from India who wanted me to help him to pass a German exam - alternatively perhaps he was flirting with me
