Not just an actor with great comedy timing, but just a great actor. But this is one of his best comedy moments. |

What a shame. 69 isn't a great age any more.
He was great as Trigger. So deadpan. Can remember the Batman and Robin episode, when he tells Rodney he likes his outfit but that Del looks nothing like Tonto.

It's a pity that no-one has mentioned his name on this thread.
I was told by a friend of his daughter's that Roger Lloyd Pack was a fine Shakespearean actor too.

Very sad indeed.
He was a great actor and he did do quite a bit if Shakespeare too. I saw him many years ago at the crucible theatre in Sheffield playing the welds leek eating guy in Henry the V. (Can't remember his name Llewelyn or something like that.) I only remembered him because he somehow managed to make Shakespeare funny.
I liked him in the vicar of Dibley too.
