Hi there, I just moved to Zurich a few months ago and would like to find a pottery course/class in English or one that doesn't require to understand too much German. I'm learning German now but will take a while until I get up to speed! Can anyone recommend or know any courses? Thanks

Why not join a class of German speakers? Your German will improve dramatically with all the practice. Pottery is a hand-on endeavour and instructions will be physically demonstrated, so learning the language will be made easier.

I went to the Migros pottery course for a few months in the past. Even if the teacher was not speaking german there was not much interaction needed: basically you go there to work on your own project, if you need help the teacher will help you out, but you can be pretty much on your own.

I have been looking for a class of english speakers as well, so if you have any luck with it please let me know
