Hello everyone. So, I want to study commercial (business) law, in Switzerland at a bachelor level in english (that s the most important). During the years I studied english a lot, but french a little and that s why I want to study in english in a public university (preferable) or maybe at a private. If you have some sugestions, tell me please, i will be very grateful .

Most Bachelors are in German or French here.

Where do you want to practice Law? You should study it in the country you wish to practice as law in every country is different.

At bachelors, you normally just study general law. You specialise into an area such as commercial once you start training with a law firm.

There isn't one. If you want to do it in English then you'll end up with some kind of international commercial law qualification......

To study civil law in Switzerland, you'd have to fully understand the Swiss Code of Obligations. Your classmates will probably understand them in 3-4 languages.

If you want to study law, in English, try the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or NZ.

Re: Finding a university in Switzerland (help please)

A quick google found this info

http://www.lawstudies.com/Switzerland/

Switzerland has no private institutions for training lawyers: all nine law schools are affiliated with the country’s cantonal universities. These include University of Lausanne, University of Basel, University of Bern, University of Fribourg, University of Geneva, University of Lucerne, University of Neuchâtel, University of St. Gallen and University of Zurich.
