Re: How to switch off after work?

What is this "work" thing you're all talking about?

Thanks your answers.
I guess I have to find a hobby that i will attach with passion or a girlfriend who will keep me busy.
Or it could be the other way. Are you fixed on work because there is something in your private life you don't want to face?

Walk, can you walk home or leave the train or bus half an hour before getting home. Get tested you may be lacking some vitamins so your system is not balanced.

Lot's of possibilities, try somethings, you never know what the solution might be.

It's what some people do in the office to take an occasional break from EF.

Re: How to switch off after work?

I'm another like SlapHead.
I'm usually in early and when it's home time I get up and go. Unless something is really on fire, like a client facing thing or a privacy issue. But unread mail and general stuff, that can wait until tomorrow. Only when I'm on call i look at work stuff after hours.

I think you must understand that no matter how many hours you put in, how hard you work, how good you might be. Tomorrow will always bring you more stuff. Working 20 hours today isn't gonna make tomorrow much easier, probably the opposite because you'll be tired too. Plus if you cannot do your work (aside from if you are incompetent) in a standard day then there should be two of you - company problem, not yours.
