Re: 35 Victims of Bill Cosby

The judge decides who is allowed to say what (and what the jury is allowed to hear) then the jury is supposed to decide the verdict?! WTF.

Did anybody bother to find out, which pills were actually round and blue back in them days? As the chemical mentioned was obviously white and big?

My situation is still as mentioned at the beginning of post 79.

Re: 35 Victims of Bill Cosby

Here's a report about the pills.

Cosby drug expert on pills given to Constand: Not quaaludes

"A drug analyst put on the stand by Bill Cosby’s defense team testified Thursday there is no way the entertainer gave his primary accuser quaaludes. The analyst said the now-banned sedative was never dispensed as blue pills ...

On Thursday, the prosecution’s drug expert said Constand’s symptoms were consistent with Benadryl or quaaludes."

A site linked to in the blurb under that last YouTube video I posted:

Benadryl is pink. They need to try again.

Tylenol PM contains diphenhydramine (active ingredient in Benardyl) and is a light blue color, but I'm still not buying it. The vast majority of adults who take Benadryl might be a little tired (thus why it's added to Tylenol PM) but they don't lose track of who or where they are or lose the ability to speak or act if someone is attacking them. It's an antihistamine, not a sedative.

There's apparently a blue form.

Bill Cosby has been found guilty — here's what happens if you take the pills he described as 'friends to help you relax'

"Regular Benadryl is pink, though the kind marketed for allergies "and sinus" is blue."

It certainly is odd that she would have been incapacitated from over the counter medication. Drugged yet remembering what happened seems to be what she and a lot of his accusers are saying. A bit convenient from the point of view of their claims.

State prison will not be a picnic for Cosby. I wonder how the appeal will go...

Re: 35 Victims of Bill Cosby

I am with you and what I find most disturbing is that his wife colluded with him by turning a "blind eye"... Again, prison will be no picnic - and I had no clue that bail was denied!

No.

Andrea not just an Italian male name. AND-dreeya rather than And-dray-a

Always wondered why in some countries they keep giving their boys names that elsewhere are considered strictly girly names. Are theirs so small

All of the people I know named Andrea are big macho dudes.

It's the US that gives girls macho boy names.

Nope. Andrea quite common in UK too. Well, not uncommon anyway and always female..

It's always astounded me that names like Kevin Eric and Brian are considered quite "butch " in the U.S.. but not in the UK.

Any way. Sorry for derailing.

Nonsense, it's a very popular girl name in some regions of Europe, although the spelling and even pronounciation may vary a tiny little bit from one country to another - Andréa, Andrea, Andreea, Andreia, Andreja etc. The male variant there would be Andreas, Andrei, András etc

Even in Italy is now much more popular than before

OK, back to Bill Cosby now, the one who was unconditionally defended by some EFers here. Ha! Not glad that he was a jerk, one more myth busted, it just shows you can't vouch for people you barely know anything, and that mainly from gossip magazines, tabloids and such.

Boys' names ending in A?

That explains a lot about our southern neighbours...
