This epitomizes Europe exactly; they all assume that all Americans are exactly like the worst of what they see in E Hollywood.

America does have a remarkable amount of lawyers and it seems whenever there is problem here and the OP is American, the legal approach rears it's head very quickly.....

I fully agree with you, it is very difficult and usualy unfair to generalise, but America does have a reputation for solving problems via the courts.

This particular incident is typical, the girl's lawyers have persuaded her to sue in the hope Porsche prefer to come to an out of court settlement which i really don't see happening.

The case has no merit and why it was accepted shows that the judge considered it fair, despite overwhelming evidence that the cause of the accident was speed. They now try and blame somebody else.

STOP, take a look at it and be responsible for your own actions is all i'm saying.

...the Walker case is dead on arrival...
That was too good to be unintentional, right? Or was it just one of those irresistible slam-dunks?

Either way, well played!

Re: Paul Walker's daughter suing Porsche

Maybe we can get in on the action? Anyone with the name Walker here? Actually, don't bother. I walk, sometimes, so I too must be a Walker. Any lawyers out there?

Re: Paul Walker's daughter suing Porsche

I sometimes eat Walkers crisps, and now I feel anxious each time I see a packet. I'm in for the suing thing.

My favourite episode of WD is when I see a bunch of limping walkers being shot. Then, I feel like reaching for some crisps from the pantry and surprisingly there are none. I think I should be suing my wife for slipping sense of her housewives duties
