Hi guys!
I'm kindly looking for someone who can play EuroMillions for me, from Austria, as playing it from Switzerland is very expensive. For convenience I suppose you should live on the border, in towns like Rüthi, Oberriet, Widnau, St. Margrethen etc.
I play on subscription 10 draws per time, so that this will take you just 2 minutes per month.
I play 6 lines for each draw which would cost me CHF 18 in Switzerland but "only" €12 from Austria, as the minimum bet in both countries is respectively CHF 3 and EUR 2. This would allow me to save almost €500 per year. If you already live in Austria or in any other country where the minimum bet is €2, it's ok as well.
I know that Swisslos payments on small wins are higher than those in euros due to bet value proportion, but this is not enough yet as 80% of the times the ticket does not reach any minimum prize (2, 2+1 or 1+2).
I can share with you a percentage in the case of a good payout, for gratitude. More details thorugh private msg. Please, only passionate persons, no dishonest ones. Thanks.
PS: I can't understand why Swiss lottery authority does not align the Euromillions cost with the currency exchange which would bring a right cost of CHF 2,20 per line. (I don't say they have to update it everyday but they could do this at least once a year).

Be careful... not only could the person keep the ticket and therefore the winnings... you would have no proof it was yours I guess.... but you have to be a resident and be in the country when the ticket was bought for it to be valid... or at least this is the rule in the UK.

If you are in Lugano, why not play it in Italy?

You can physically buy the ticket anywhere in the playing countries. You cannot though buy it online for example somewhere your are not. So you can be resident in CH, you may buy in a store in FR but cannot buy it online in the UK (from CH). Source
Anyways .. It's a stupid idea to ask somebody to do it for you .. Even your best best best best friend might be tempted to walk away with 150 million ..

It's a new rule in the UK only (I suppose to limit those who was playing it online from abroad). I never heard that tourists can't play local lottery abroad.

If you like your sock, you can eat it quietly.

1) I would be your employee, we would need some kind of contract. What if i forgot to buy the ticket one week and the numbers won! Would I be liable?
2) The contract would need to include my prize percentage.
3) What if the ticket got lost in the post.. And was a winner.
4) Any contract would be unlikely to stand up in court - lottery rules state that the holder of the ticket is the winner of the prize -- full stop.
5) The idea is stupid
6) if there was a huge jackpot win there would be a fallout
7) See 4
The list could go on and on.

However, yesterday i decided to play the swiss lotto online .. I loaded 20.- my account, spent 10.- on lottery tickets and knowing i would login again for ages, I decided to blow the rest on these "scratch card" things ..
I won... And immediately transferred the prize to my bank.

Beats me why anyone who acknowledges that the probability of losing your bet is... | Quote: | | | | | 99,99% | | | | | ... would buy tickets, let alone go through convoluted procedures in an effort to "save" money in the process.
A probability of winning of 0.01% (I acknowledge that's not strictly accurate, but it's your figure) implies one win (any win) every 833.33 years, on average. I hope you've been taking your antioxidants and vitamins.

Your actual delusional conditions that affect you in such a way to make you believe of being persecuted by unpleasant incidents does not give you the right to add sad posts to my thread.

Buying a ticket for you and posting it requires some effort. What are you willing to pay for this? Obviously the cost of ticket and postage but what about the effort of buying and shipping?

You just need to visit a kiosk and validate always the same ticket and mail it. You don't even need to enter the post office as I will provide you with a stamped envelope. Its enough to put it into a mailbox on the street. I don't pay anything for this, but I can share a percentage in case of a good win for gratitude.

Sorry, but I'm with John H on this. You'd need some sort of legal contract/agreement to protect you both. There have already been cases of people running off with the money. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...prize-his.html http://www.scotsman.com/news/uk/lott...-case-1-716374
No point in winning if ultimately all the dough ends up in the lawyers' pockets.
"The past month has seen a spate of cases where winners and would-be winners have taken legal action to resolve disputes over jackpot payouts and the new phenomenon may be only the tip of the lottery litigation iceberg, with myriad potential lottery pitfalls yet to be tested in court." http://www.theguardian.com/uk/1999/j...ahartleybrewer
And that was back in 1999 before Euro Millions even started!
Best way to save money - cut back on the amount you spend each week chasing a dream.

Hey Player, welcome to Ticino / Switzerland /EF
1) consider that EM fans from Italy come here to TI to play, despite the price difference.
2) Humans have been known to kill for a fistful of [ insert your favorite currency here]. But given the chance those pesky bipeds would probably prefer theft to murder
3) last but not least
Ciao
Paul
