Can I lose LOT of fat in 100 days?

I was inspired by that guy/lady Douglas Breakfast on Diabetes thread. So my question is can I go from this to this in 100 days? What would I need to do to get there?
Have you achieved something similar? What worked for you? Any tips?

A lot of hard exercising, extreme calorie reduction and then try and stick with that for the rest of your life. Doing something like that in 100 days is dangerous for your health. Much better to lose only 2 pounds/1kg a week with moderate exercise and sensible, not starving, eating. You're much more likely to get the weight off and keep it off. It'll take longer, but your body will thank you for it.

Don't believe the hype.. These photos are specially designed to deceive you and think you need to buy the product..

For example,
The guy on the right is clearly holding in his belly.
Guy on right is wearing a big watch which makes his arm look slimmer
The guy on left is sitting down which just makes his belly stick out a little
Guy on the right has had a haircut

Got the idea.. Heck they've even put fake tan on the guy on the right to make him look shiny. It's all smoke and mirrors, it's the same guy, same weight, just photoshop.

You guys are hilarious.

One can lose a lot of fat in a short time, indeed. But whether it is healthy is another question. Even a kilo a week is pretty harsh. Listen to your metabolism, study it and speed it up. Find the reason of extra weight, look at your parents and family for genetics and most of all, integrate calorie burning.

People spoil themselves on daily basis, just because. Why? What is it compensating for? Don't self respect and self compassion actually translate to treat one's body to health instead of unintelligent instant gratification, low physical activity and poor quality food. Doesn't everybody want to be healthy and look hot?

But to OP's question, of course you can lose a lot of weight in short time. I know a few people who did.

I like eating food because it tastes good. Don't have any psychological issues as such.

Get a bicycle. Ride it at a good intensity, cardiovascular pace for about 5 hrs/day. Include a bunch of hills in your routine, more as you get skinnier. Don't eat anything that has any fat in it.

You'll lose a lot of weight and feel better than you can possibly imagine.

Alternatively, my old roomates found one of these at a garage sale once:



It's an electroshock muscle stimulator. They're supposed to actually work really well.

We found it worked best when one of us would pass out drunk. The others would duct tape it to his (passed out guy's) abs, set the intensity to max, turn it on, and watch the show while laughing hysterically.

Those were the days...

I once had a "Slendertone belt" thingy, electric shock device which claimed it had the effect of doing 100's of sit-ups just wearing it for 30 minutes..

The instructions specifically said - 'do not use on the genitals' .. Of course I had to try it. Took a bit of effort to wrap the belt around such a small area but oh boy it was worth it.

It's pretty simple, you carry your Sofa everywhere you go (including within the appartement), and you only eat raw potatoes.

seriously, waking up with that device pulsing into your abs at full power was not the most pleasant of experiences. Of course, you had to laugh at the situation at the same time, which only increased the effect, while trying frantically to get the thing off.

I'm cracking up just reminiscing about it right now

Makes me miss my bachelor days - my wife doesn't have quite the same sense of humor as my old flatmates.

I have heard that all homeopathic meds make one automatically lose a lot of weight. Magic.

Otherwise stress does, lot of work. Ask for more work, OP? That's probably easier than trying to change skin color or carrying sofa around.

The OP was talking kilograms - not grams. Do the maths.

If the OP looks like the guy on the left then he's probably stuffing his face.

I've seen people that size eat six big macs in one sitting. If he did that everyday with a coke and fries (and ate nothing else), he'd have to run a marathon every day just to stop putting on more weight.

But, if he cut down what he is eating (and switched to healthier food), he'd stand a chance at losing weight.

Like I wrote in my first post, ride a bike 5 hours a day. kilos will come off, and Op will build muscle mass, strength, endurance, etc. at the same time.

I'm not exagerrating or joking around. I used to eat over 6000 calories a day, weighed only 67kg, and was still losing weight- because I rode a bike in the mountains for 6-8 hours a day.

Well, I wasn't working at the time. I went travelling by bicycle.

I'm a bit overweight at the moment, but have an 800km trek planned for this Summer, and the kilos will drop away again. Sitting here at my desk for countless hrs/week doesn't do a damn thing for me, even if I don't eat very much.
