Re: Australia vs Switzerland

Australia please.

Switzerland already has more than enough people who can't decide upon even exiting the train/tram or not at a stop

In all honesty, if you want a serious answer:

-Switzerland: Working experience is valued higher than pure degrees (Dual-education system, like Germany)
-Australia: Higher wages for low-skilled jobs (is still true? been a bit since I've been there..)
-Switzerland and Australia: Both crowded areas (cities), both offering remote areas (Australia more, but Swiss one's are definitely "nicer")
-Switzerland is safer. Sure, health and safety all that, but we don't have that many poisonous animals and/or 40C+ days and extreme weather.
-Language: Unless you speak (Swiss) German or French (hardly opportunities in Ticino for Italian-speakers), you'll need to learn another language if you want to properly integrate (Assuming English is your first language)
-Food: Both countries have great foreign food options

For someone from the US or the UK (or other English native areas), Australia will be easier, period. For someone from continental Europe, probably Switzerland.

Re: Australia vs Switzerland

Australia would be the best bet. Its unlikely to be affected too much by a nuclear war

Re: Australia vs Switzerland

Australia is perfectly safe. Who in real life you know got attacked by poisonous wildlife? I lived there for 13 years; not even close to being attacked.

For Asians, Australian's food choices are much, much, much, much, much better than Switzerland.
