What do you do if your landlord likes the cut of your jib?

Just curious what are your experiences with a situation like this.

The landlord is not single.

Too lazy to google, but I have no idea what that means:

your landlord likes the cut of your jib

Oh well, I know I am not a native speaker

Screw him!

Tom
I had to check out urban-dictionary (as often on EF ):
cut of your jib
1. another way to say that someone is rather stlylish.
2. styling.
3. behaviour or attitude.
"I like the cut of your Jib, kid"

So if you dislike it, catharmony, I agree with Tom as the neighbours wife will sort him out.

As long as he keeps his hands off I absolutely can't care how he/she would think of me.
