Where to buy: XP-PEN Artist 16.5

Hi There,

I have no knowledge on this subject, but have been tasked by my daughter to acquire a XP-PEN Artist 16.5 for her. Any idea where to buy should an item in Switzerland, or even suggestions on an alternative would be welcome.
