Sorry, are you saying it is or isn't alright to pick on Chelsea fans in the bar?
It's ok if you're a Chelsea fan yourself. If not it's rather frowned upon as it just isn't cricket.

Hey, but I had swaths of nasty red reppers on my back coming in aggressive packs, some of them preaching against quiet underhanded bullying in this very thread. And I wasn't the only target. Some left, things are really much more sensible now, tbh, if you want my opinion - mod or not.

Whether assumptions of our perceived privilege are sensible or not...If I could afford a cleaner, they'd be my gods to look up to. And, we are asked to mod, when it suits, not mod when people might feel overpowered, then don't forget that each of us will get partial in a different way and will see justice differently. As anyone, Ó la carte, local governance. So be it.
Whilst I sympathise - nobody should get abuse in red rep (or any) form - presumably the people who red repped you couldn't ban you from the forum over these disagreements.

I didn't think Chelsea liked cricket? It ruins the lovely flower arrangements.

Some of our finest folks and mods got banned quite a few times. People usually feel for mods, though, thankfully. We mod when we can and how we can. It is the same with self-modding.

I honestly prefer to not read political Twitter et al. Just know he gets modded left and right on social media, well...a lot of left modding.

If you allow me an unmodly offtopic, my fav tweet has been #MedBikini today: https://mobile.twitter.com/hashtag/M...=hashtag_click

Just wondering where are #CopSwimwear or #FirebrigadeSpeedos?

While I generally agree with that, humour can get you only as far as you can still see the humour in a situation.

There are plenty of stand-up comedians to watch on Netflix, now that's some humour.

Huuuge.

Humor brings people together. It's when you start policing it or ban a particular flavor of it, that's what polarizes.

EF makes me laugh a lot.

Humor is like physical exercise. It only works if you train, seeing other people on TV doing it doesn't help at all

I agree, but if one wants an external source of humour one should look for the best place they can find. That is subjective, of course.

Whereas I agree that TV these days is a good place for comedy, I fear it is mostly unintended . German TV news is probably best for that kind of thing .
