It's OK. I've adapted to it. There's no difference in efficiency

Hate it but I've got no choice. I was more efficient before.

I hope it will become more a mixture of things in the future.

Post Covid and digitalisation: Home office, video conferencing and online learning
Suffice to say, these new options are here to stay. So what do you think? Are these changes valuable, frustrating or just something else we have to get used to?
My personal opinion is that I miss seeing and working with people but a well-organised info meeting is definitely more enjoyable online.

I guess there's a normal distribution of outcomes. A few ones feel better. Other few ones feel it's the end of the world. Most of us are in the middle of it works, I spend less on gas, but I do miss a few beers with colleagues.

I find it alright. Saving commuting time is a big plus. I get to WFH about 2-3 days per week, which is cool. I'm sure I wouldn't like to do it at 100%, lunch breaks with colleagues, meeting new people and building your networking are important.
Concerning online learning from platforms, I was used to it and quite liked it even before covid-19. But I wouldn't like going through university online. Discussions with peers and professors were invaluable.

WFH: Great, potentially longer hours, but much more flex of course. Think we are losing out the last percent on the innovation / brainstorming part which works best spontaneously on a white board. Would love to have flex to wfh 3 days per week going forward - but I have no illusions. We will be forced back.
Online training sucks. I hate these animated must-complete courses where I cannot even skip pages or chapters.
