Long distance cycling: London-Edinburgh-London training

http://www.londonedinburghlondon.co.uk/ :info on this ride can be found under this link.It is indeed quite a challenge but the time limit of just over 4 days should make it an enjoyable experience depending on fitness levels.Commuting to work keeps me ticking over at the moment but will have to sort out some kind of training plan to prepare properly......Working in the nursing profession (shift work)makes it difficult to meet up sponataneously but can certainly plan shifts in advance to meet up for a ride.will keep in touch
