The third is the best of the three. Hope you enjoy it. | Quote: | | | | | I just finished the second one, The Girl who played with fire. Need to give this one back to my friend for her to give me #3! It's like going to my deal to get my fix! Addicting!
Don't know what I'll do when I finish the last book?! LOL. | | | | | |

I just finished Network + Guide to Networks fifth edition by Tamara Dean.
It was a bit dry, but I now have a much better understanding of networks! |

| | Re: What are you reading at the moment? | Quote: | | | | | I recommend Shantaram, a fantastic book, it will take you on one hell of a trip, dont be put off by the size of it and the fact there are no pictures.
Most recent reads, are 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo', - I bet you cant put it down!!
And currently reading the second one in the triliogy, 'The Girl who played with Fire', also proving to be another great read.
Also I like the Mankell books (miserable bugger, BBC adaptations are great too, for a follow up)
That's your summer reading taken care of.
Cheers Big_lad. | | | | | Reading Shantaram at the moment! awesome trip indeed |

Gotrek & Felix trilogy - Giant Slayer, Orc Slayer & Man Slayer (Warhammer series)
Dummies guide to European history
... and the brilliant Conn Iggulden - at this moment the Gengis Khan series - I thoroughly recommend this man's work if you like historical fiction. I also read the Julius Ceasar series from him.

| | Re: What are you currently reading? Italian shoes by Swedish writer Henning Mankell. Frederick Welin is the sole inhabitant of an island off the coast of Sweden. He speaks to no one but the postman, and little enough to him. Every day he cuts a hole in the ice near the jetty and jumps into the freezing water; a rite of self-mortification that makes him feel, briefly, alive. Then, one morning, he sees a figure struggling across the ice towards his house – a woman he has not seen for 30 years...
There's something about the attitude of that Frederick Welin which is truly fascinating and touching.
Can't wait to continue reading ...

I'm in the middle of a fantastic novel, especially for those who love food! I can't recommend it enough, and part of it is set in the French Jura.

'My Booky Wook' by Russel Brand | | | | | Cool title! Hmm, I just looked it up--it seems kind of funny and interesting actually. And truth IS stranger than fiction!
But I only ever heard of Russel Brand when he started dating Katy Perry and appearing on 'people' websites Now that's embarrassing...
