Try using an egg cup. One egg cup filled with powder to two egg cups filled with water and so on.

Or you could use a bucket. Depends on how much of the finished stuff you need.

Re: SOS please help 2 parts water to 1 part powder

I would work out how much powder I needed.

Then, I would probably add twice as much water.

You've got to be ****ing kidding me...

Keep it away from the kids though, the potential for ingestion and time off school is high

Hi Sutter,

It sounds like you might need a good implement for whisking this up, as well as the measurement utensils (?). An old fork should do, or even better one of those mini whisks for mixing salad dressing. Use tepid water and a bowl deep enough to avoid splashing.

Merry, merry!

You need to add 3 more parts of powder and mix well. It's important that you mix only in a clockwise direction though, but if you are left handed and can only mix anti-clockwise, add a little more water otherwise it won't work at all.

You just need to add more powder.

You've already got 1 part powder to 2 parts water, in total you need to have 2 parts powder to one part water, so that means you should have mixed up 4 parts powder to 2 parts water, so you need to add three times more powder than you have.

For extra marks, express this as a percentage. Show your working out.

WTF is your problem if you have nothing useful to post then don`t bother thankyou.
Sutter, have another glass of eggnog (2 part brandy, 2 parts milk, 1 part cream, 1 egg yolk) and relax. If it's too thick then just add more brandy until the bottle is empty.

Ok, it is Xmas, I'm truly repentant for my mean comments and hope the baby Jesus forgives me, although he probably isn't a baby any more given that he's in the region of 2000 odd years old!

Sutter, get 3 cups, fill two of them with powder and the other with water...repeat until you have enough of the mixture...hope they turn out well.

Those are the directions for south of the equator- it is the opposite up here.

You aren't forgiven. You wrote "Xmas", that means you've crossed the Christ out of Christmas (someone feigned sick to watch cartoons and missed that Sunday School lesson).

OT, no solutions for you, but as I will be glueing meringue mushrooms together with chocolate soon- I understand your difficulty in getting the purrrrfect consistency.
