Audi A4 Quattro, same as everyone else.

You could probably turn this into a poll with options
1. Audi A4 Quattro
2. Other

And see how close the totals are
Interesting!

Here in New England in general, and more so in the mountains, the poll would be:

1. Subaru Outback
2. Subaru Forester
3. Other

In my case it is Subaru Forester after years of Subaru Outbacks.

Re: What kind of car do you drive?

I had a friend in London wh used to give me a lift to work everyday. She said put a Rover 3500 engine in a mini, which I have been told is impossible. All I know is that it was fun, especially at the lights when others started revving up an she left them in the dust.

Yes, and I eat three Weetabix for breakfast most days and leap tall buildings in a single bound.

Re: What kind of car do you drive?

Have you noticed that no matter how fast you're going, you'll always be overtaken by someone in a Smart?

Any Smart drivers care to explain themselves? Or admit to it would be a start...

Re: What kind of car do you drive?

Interesting GBN, that gives me another reason to hate Smarts. The main reason I hate them is that they often lead you into making the "oh look there's a space" mistake in car parks

Re: What kind of car do you drive?

Fiat Panda Cross 4x4 1.3 turbodiesel in Bright Orange. Absolutely love this little car, a real gem in the snow. The colour makes people smile! I think 4x4 (or quattro) is essential, especially after THIS winter.

Also 1990 Lotus Esprit SE in bright red. Hopelessly impractical, and waaay to cramped inside, but oh so sexy! You also need to know where the speed traps are!

Since living here (and so close to France) I have totally fallen in love with the old Citroen DS (the godess). Talk about character.

2009 Subaru Outback 2.0D AWD

Average 4.4 l/100 km without Autobahn, 5.6 with. Boxer-Diesel 2.0
liter is great! Over 1000 km per fill-up.

Can't forget the 1987 Honda VF750C, almost a classic.

I've never seen them overtake on the motorway - can they actually even do 120 kmph? Perhaps downhill, and certainly not on a windy day

Wish I had this car, typical Swiss choice- great car. My Audi A4 is now leaking coolant- back to the garage. well actually it's an Audi A4 manual quattro sports suspension package- that is constantly at the garage. Oh and the sunroof is weird- does its own thing at traffic lights, some kind of electrical anomoly?
